Churchfield Care Home we provide residential care and dedicated nursing services, including specialist care for those who live with dementia or a physical disability.
The health and wellbeing of our residents is our priority and from the outset we aim to create personal healthcare plans to help everyone thrive. We work closely with healthcare partners as well as the Care Inspectorate to ensure the quality of our services and standards.
All our residents are encouraged and supported to maintain their independence, while building relationships and taking part in social activity plays a key part in daily health and wellbeing.
We provide nursing care for those who have complex medical needs or long-term medical conditions. Our specially trained care teams look after residents living with dementia as providing both practical support and guidance for families also. We also offer palliative care.
Our staff receive regular training to ensure they are up to speed with changes in the care sector and above all our recruitment policy rigorously seeks to attract people who are compassionate, caring, kind and patient, and eager to make our residents smile every day.
“Every member of staff made us feel confident and secure in the care they gave to our father. Their unwavering kindness and compassion played a huge part in enabling him to return home after being in hospital. They always offered a warm welcome with good advice and we never had any doubts about the care and support they gave our dad.”
“My aunt suffers from severe dementia and delirium. Consequently, she can be unpredictable in her moods and is at times difficult and mildly aggressive. Having visited several care homes before selecting Churchfield Care Home, I remain convinced that I made the right choice. She is cared for with great compassion, patience and understanding. As a regular visitor to see my aunt, my family and I have nothing but praise and affection for all the staff at the home.”
“All staff members are very professional and caring towards our relative and family, they are all very approachable we feel we can spend quality time with our relative as all her needs are met. Thank you all for caring for our relative and making her happy, we are so pleased she came to this care home.”
