Nestling in beautiful woodland gardens, Churchfield Care Home Home is located in the charming village of Rainsworth, near Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, and offers a relaxed lifestyle with good local transport links and all conveniences.
Churchfield provides a comforting environment in a safe, purpose-built modern building designed to offer outstanding residential care and dedicated nursing services, including specialist care for those who live with dementia or a physical disability.
We offer personalised care alongside the opportunity to enjoy a socially active lifestyle, and a commitment to encourage independent living with the necessary support. Drawing on our fabulous tranquil surroundings there is an emphasis on the outdoors with the option to enjoy the garden space and spot the local wildlife or turn your hand to some light gardening, as well as join in our regular community excursions to local events and attractions.
Closer to home within our lounges we offer a busy programme, featuring art activities, reminiscence groups, music events, and specialist guest visits including our local friends, the ponies!
We value the wellbeing of both our residents and their families and strive to ensure that we enrich daily life as much as possible from our cheerful and highly skilled care team to our appetising menus and living space.

Our plans are kept under regular review and are updated as and when advised by the public health authorities.
